My name is James Wilson and I have been a fitness professional for over 10 years. In that time I have seen the fitness industry from almost every angle possible. I’ve also learned a very important fact - the advice that you are getting from the fitness industry is actually making it harder for you to drop the fat and sculpt the body of your dreams. The manufacturers of this stuff spend a lot of money advertising in order to convince you and everyone else that you can not succeed without them. Since machine, aerobic equipment and supplement manufacturers generate so much cash the money driven fitness industry is in no hurry to let you know about the latest breakthroughs in fat loss training. The real secret that they don’t want you to know is that not only do you not need machines, aerobics equipment and tons of supplements but that these things will actually hinder your progress. If you did know this then the demand for these things would dry up and the fitness industry would be forced to start producing results instead of hype - and why would it want to start doing that?
